Facility Use and Rental

Mankato Area Public Schools (MAPS) offers a wide range of district facilities for use by individuals, community groups, and organizations. Our spaces, including classrooms, commons areas, cafeterias, fields, auditoriums, stadiums, tennis courts, pools, wrestling rooms and gymnasiums are available to rent for a variety of events and activities. Supported by professional staff, MAPS is committed to providing a high-quality and convenient experience for all facility users.

Facilities are available to public organizations that can provide proof of adequate insurance and agree to follow all policies and procedures outlined in the MAPS Guidelines for Facility Use. Due to strong community interest and high demand for facility use, we strongly encourage submitting your reservation request well in advance of your desired date to help ensure availability.

Process

To request a space, please review the information provided on this site. Then fill out the appropriate form: New User Form or Existing User Form. Please fill out this form at least 10 days prior to the first date you would like to schedule one of the spaces within our facilities. All rental fees are based on priority classifications. If the space is available and has been approved by the Facility Use Specialist, a reservation will be made and a permit will be issued.
