The Masters swimming program is not swimming lessons but a place to workout and to get the most out of a "competitive style" workout. The goal of this program is to provide a quality environment where you can improve your swimming skills and a place for you to condition through a structured swim workout.
A structured lane seeding system is followed. Other master swimmers will help you with seeding and as your fitness level increases you can always move up in the lane rotation.
